The Grounding Half sheet is a universal flat sheet of 90 x 200cm (36" x 80") of natural organic cotton with cross-woven silver yarn, with two extra cotton folds on the long side of

55cm (22") for better tucking in.

In this way, this grounding sheet can be used:

On a one-person bed lengthwise
On a double bed lengthwise for one person
On a double bed widthwise for two persons (basic grounding and preferable to combine width grounding pillow cases)
On a split topper, where a fitted sheet can reduce functions, you can apply 2 of these flat Half Sheets lengthwise.
As a great travel companion as it's lightweight and fits all beds

A standard grounding cable (5m, 15ft) and European or UK adapter (grounding plug) are included per item (good for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and most European countries). Other adapters (Swiss, Italian, etc.) are ordered separately. For the US and Canada, you don't need an adapter.

This grounding sheet is made of certified organic cotton with 5% antibacterial, antiviral 'High Conductive' silver yarn, softly woven into the fabric, and matches conductivity rates similar to 30% regular silver yarn.
The conductivity of the patented high-quality Aarding™ Silver Yarn is unmatched and remains intact after several washes. It's the only grounding sheet in this category that can be used with your own top sheet without losing grounding yield for your health.

An included conductive cable connects it with the earth so your body is grounded during sleep. This is done using the supplied adapter that ensures the connection via a standard earthed wall socket (other options possible).

Tip: This earthing flat sheet is a good 'step-in' grounding product if you're on a budget. However, a grounding fitted sheet (mattress cover) stays better in place during the whole night to guarantee a perfect grounding.

Usage

Earthing half sheets are mostly used under an own (mostly) cotton cover sheet. This gives an excellent grounding of your body. By your body pressure, warmth, and transpiration, contact with the silver remains intact and ensures almost immediately an excellent conductivity that remains during the night.

These half-sheet strokes are excellent travel companions as they are lightweight and don't depend on the mattress size (e.g., in a hotel or staying with friends). However, a fitted grounding sheet is recommended for daily use.

They can also be used for children's beds, folded and layered.

Connection

The Grounding Half Sheet comes with a 5m (16ft) standard connection cable and a handy wall socket adapter. Every adapter can hold two grounding cables to connect two grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged into a grounded wall socket.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach, or while traveling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which very simply connects the sheet to the ground by a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (still closed perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you sleep 1 or 2 floors high. The built-in resistor is also provided for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin or have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). For this, we have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with an alligator clip.

Safety

The Grounding Half Sheet does not consume electricity and never comes into contact with it. It can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the earth's neutralizing electrons. It is safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the cable, even safe for children and babies.

Washing

Regular washing, every 2 to 3 weeks, is recommended and essential to clean the cotton that buffers body acids from transpiration and to remove insulating body oils from the silver thread.
With your top (fitted) cotton sheet, washing every four weeks is fine.

The grounding sheets, pillowcases, and blankets can be washed at 40 °. Only wash with a mild detergent for colored laundry, and never with a detergent for white laundry, as they contain bleaches and will render the silver non-conductive.

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents (Calgonit), or natural soap nuts (Seepje, Green Soap, etc.). These will damage the silver thread.

Preferably, do not tumble dry but air dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron at a lower temperature if necessary.
